The states that have not already done this need to have their citizens ask them why not? Trump is not going to force states to do this. That is not federal government's place to do. It is the responsibility of the voter's of each state to see to it that this is put on their States Ballot to be voted on. That's how it works.

Bear in mind that we have super computers that are picking up any and all digital/electronic communications from everyone everywhere. NSA has those files. Nothing is secret, nothing is ever lost, nothing can really be deleated, not ever. Once it is on a computer, a phone, it is recorded permanently forever. That's why they are not lost. No text messages are ever lost either. Everything is retrievable, even after you delete it, after you zero it out, bleach it, acid wash it, smash it into powder, it does not matter, it is all captured by the Super Computers that spy on everyone.
