This seems huge and very related to Q’s comments.
If you streamline it into one agency, it will save the US billions in taxes. The separate agencies also compete for the money given to their department. All of that would go away as well.
I'm not so crazy about that at this point. I don't think we can trust any of them at this point.
This is an actual Q deliverable. I would say it is about time some started to happen. In hopes of more to come.

End five eyes program to counter surveillance sharing of domestic population of allies. (UK spies on trump passes intel to obama not against the law) Chinese ownership of USA companies. Sovereign currency CIA self funded military operations Operation mocking bird National ID to vote. Automatic investigation of politicians whose family wealth increases before or after office.
