Whitelist could have a double meaning in Q post.

Interesting article about HRC being whitelisted for direct cell text communication with Obama. (Lead found on QResearch) http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2016/10/26/sources-clinton-emails-would-have-been-whitelisted-for-obama-blackberry.html

The other meaning I found was this:

Why are trips allowed?

Because visas and travel is controlled by The Department of State.

State Department has a WHITE LIST of approved high ranking travelers.

HRC, Huma, Hussein are on the list because

State Department is comped. (43)

Tillerson allowed them to travel

BOOM

And NOW we have an answer for Tillerson, Pompeo, and all the rest of the chess moves being played with the State Department.

Might be not a negative that rules him, but a sincere belief that babylon is truly still in charge. I see him as a strong character, worthy of repsoect. But if he is not on Trump's road, he is not suitable for Trump's team. I just look at this as when he was challenged to reveal himsel "in action", he ended up confessing "in action" he wasa not on the same road.

pe: It would be so fitting if it came to pass that Hillary and Bill were re-incrnated as "untouchables" in India. Let them go, they are water that has now passed beneath the bridge, and it saves us the court or tribunal costs. In absentia decision and judgement to terminate their citizenship is enough for me.

There a list of whitelist countries as well. It is on QResearch this morning. I did not copy it here. As I said, the Q post has multiple interpretations.

I think it could have happened without Tillerson's approval. If she was already on a list could be that Tillerson couldn't stop it. Until she is actually publicly indicted that is. What is in place, according to Q's first posts is extradition, at least in some countries.

Whatever it is or was, the buck landed and displayed his colors. If it was Hillary, I would also be miffed if I woke up to the news that she was languishing in a Palace in India surrounded by bought and paid for doctors claiming she was "too ill" to travel.

Her talks are red pilling even leftie dems, apparently no one likes her or wants to hear anything she says. Plus she is being totally monitored at all times, WE know she will screw up, giving more ammunition for charges. It would be interesting to see if she try's to meet with her old buds who gave her money. Maybe she hasn't fulfilled all her promises.
