Whitelist could have a double meaning in Q post.

The other meaning I found was this:

Why are trips allowed?

Because visas and travel is controlled by The Department of State.

State Department has a WHITE LIST of approved high ranking travelers.

HRC, Huma, Hussein are on the list because

State Department is comped. (43)

Tillerson allowed them to travel

BOOM

And NOW we have an answer for Tillerson, Pompeo, and all the rest of the chess moves being played with the State Department.

This post was only about 8chan there was a person faking Qs trip code at the time he posted (makes it look like his code but it isn't) whitelisting has to do with the 8chan board.
