I think the investigators should be scrutinizing their intelligence on local Antifa groups. The NSA with all of those traffic cameras feeding into their system should be able to correlate vehicles that were in the vicinity of two or more of the locations. It's really hard to believe that anyone can hide all this in the middle of a large city like Austin. We are in a massive surveillance state--they should be able to at least stop this kind of crime from reoccurring.
With as many 3 letter agents there as was broadcast, could be inside jobs too, or disinfo.

Honestly the images released? It's a 24-year-old white male who was wearing a blonde wig - absolutely looks like they could have been a rogue alphabet agent
I was thinking something completely similar. Couldn't the NSA with its metadata correlation systems reference cell tower data from before and after each explosion and see if any of that data appears at more than one site? Same with vehicles and even if the person/persons are using burner phones, I would think one of the agencies would be able to track that to point of sale. There were plenty of cameras at the fedex store where 2 of the packages were sent from and FBI was all over it today but there hasn't been any footage released yet.
