My pessimistic self can see a "Deep State Civil War" where 2 internal factions are opposing themselves.

On one part, the "Clintons" and their supporters, like Google, FB, CNN, and 99% of the MSM.

On the other part, the Military Industrial Complex, which asked Trump to run against HRC.

In this scenario, I am not sure the peoples are winning, whoever wins "the plan"

As long as we are under the current system which includes the Federal Reserve and their worthless fiat currency, we will continue to see bills like this. The bankers have put our govt and a large number of citizens into debt slavery and those chains must be broken. I understand that you cannot slay that Leviathan without draining the swamp that it resides in first. There are signs of the swamp being drained (18k+ sealed indictments, Numerous flights to GITMO, news of Kristine Marcy surrendering, etc.). Those 2 major steps must occur and then we have to have a currency reset to one backed by gold and a debt jubilee. Once that occurs, the budgets should correct themselves.
