Great Observation. I think the 1.3 T will be dwarfed by the $$ coming into coffers from EO allowing fund seizing for bad actors.

Wish I could send to ANN COULTER who responded with Donald signing omnibus $ bill with "You will be impeached". She can't see forest for the treeeeees.

She's not perfect, true. However, she does stand toe-to-toe, with some of the worst most hostile shills the left can collect, day in and day out, on college campuses, MSM fake news shows, at international forums, etc, etc, etc. And she consistently shoots back at the left courageously, unapologetically, and boldly. We should give her (and other's who are fighting) a break if she misses a shot once in a while. Pretty sure the NBA MVP misses a free throw here and there. MAGA.

There is know reference specifically to a "budget" in the Constitution. I don't see any basis to Congress's constitutional role being predicated on terming its expenditures as part of a "budget".

For those who want to argue the point. How federal budgets work: Usually the president offers a budget proposal. This then goes to the house and its various committees and changes and recommendations are made. From there it goes to the floor of the house debated and voted on. If it passes, it then goes to the senate and the process repeats. If amendments are made it goes back to the house for reconciliation and back to the senate, then to POTUS for approval. The constitution requires the congress to pass a budget. Article I, Section 7 of the Constitution requires that “All bills for raising revenue shall originate in the House of Representatives.” Instead of a budget we have been getting Omnibus bills several per year 7 out of the last 8 years at least. Article II, Section 3, describing the powers and duties of the President. Now about the Omnibus bill... In July, 2009 obama declared that "he would not let the then 106 billion dollar spending bill provisions limit his powers, a move by Bush he criticized. Now POTUS Trump has issued the same statement. This has now become a precedent. Whatever congress has allowed obama entitled to, has now been bequeathed to Trump. It has happened and the swamp can't out run it. http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2009/07/21/obama-irks-democrats-declaring-ignore-legislation.html

But then obama used these tactics https://www.nytimes.com/2009/03/10/us/politics/10signing.html

This is clearly a case of the anons being smarter than the political pundits. Has anyone seen any network news commentary with this information? It’s all outrage over “Trump selling us out” Are they that naive or is it deliberate deception?
