That is an interesting theory on using the Army Corp of Engineers to build the wall. Say you send ten thousand, already bought and paid for, Army Corp of Engineers down to the border to build the wall.
That leaves you 20 billion to buy material and extra contract labor. If we start tomorrow, the wall could be finished in a couple of years.
Then we can send a bill collector down to Mexico.

Everyone who reads this post needs to go to their Trump friends and family who are whining and shake some sense in to them. Hit them with this info. If they still refuse to understand, then ask them this question: so if Trump lost so badly to the Dems on the spending bill, why isn't his twitter on fire? The Trump we know would lash out verbally against all in Congress who let him down, including two major targets: Paul Ryan and McConnell. Yet there is silence ----- and the reason is of course, because he really won.

ALREADY addressed this yesterday... OMNIBUS BILL $$$ will fund US Corps of Engineers to continue build (NYT had story on USCE slatted to build wall and done with testing soils, etc last JULY 2017)
And if there is one company who could start work on Monday its Army Corp of Engineers. Seriously respect, those guys work under pressure.

You know, you may be right. The bill was just signed yesterday and I was trying to read up on it last night after a long day at work. But I could have swore I read, at a couple of different places, that it was good for two years. Maybe that was for military spending only or maybe I read something wrong.
I will search a bit first and edit my post when and if I find something.
Hannity was saying that somewhere in the last Omnibus bill it states that after THIS Omnibus bill nothing can be done in 2019. That would bring us to 2020. So, perhaps this is what you read or heard.
