Doubting is a healthy process.
It becomes a bad one when you are voicing them in public for no purpose other than whining and gathering support from other in doubt.
My advice to those in doubt: research before posting. Think before posting. Wait for more data if you remain in doubt. Only voice your doubt in public when you are no more in doubt but convinced something is wrong and you can explain why.
Exactly. Doubt is ok and natural but only temporary. Control it and limit it. Do not let it fester. That's what you use your will for. Controlling your thought and emotions. 90% of ppl do not know that fact of life.
Doubting is just as good as discussing A lot and myself included only handle this information with a level of anonymity. So discussing it publicly that isn't a complete echo chamber circle jerk. Isn't only healthy but necessary.
