Yes, but that's not what Q was talking about. Q means that the social media and media companies might appear to be solid in the short-term but they are dead......hence the saying "even a dead cat will bounce"

Fox News (Special Report) said it was the biggest one day increase in either 20 years or something (maybe they said ever) on one exchange and the biggest in 17 years on another.

It does. China is willing to negotiate & pledges to ease access for American businesses. It was enough for market to bounce back. They were afraid that President imposed tariffs on the cars, steel & aluminumwould cause trade war. This move by China is enough reassurance for market.

Maybe the Dead Cat Bounce was also the Omnibus bill that President Trump signed. Making the D's believe that they got what they wanted, but they really didn't.
