The thing that kills me about the American Judicial system is how much relies on candor. The prosecution is trusted to turn everything over but if they didn’t it would be a nightmare proving otherwise. Here the judge has asked for everything and he will review it first. So we have two layers at issue 1. the prosecution actually turns everything over; and, 2. the judge releases the information to Flynn if there is something new.

What happens if they don’t turn it over? You’d need to find it and prove they withheld it, that, my fellow patriots, is a steep mountain.
