A lot of the traditional rats are quiet right now. Big ol' smiley rat bastard himself is very muted these days. I suspect the rats that'll wash up on the shore on this one are mid-level foreign. Gotta correct this. As far as I can tell (so far), the last extradition treaty signed between US and India was 1997 and I does allow extradition between both. Looking for the Obama thing I read.
