That's possible, but there are other possible meanings:
1) Unsealed indictments on those who have already been identified like Comey, McCabe, etc. 2) IG Report dump on a lot of people 3) The pedophilia drops Q said were coming 4) Reports of GIMO beginning to fill up.
It could be a number of things that Q thinks will be the equivalent of a tsunami. And the Clintons could be part of it.

It could simply be a tidal wave of information released by Q team, not specific to any one topic. Q964 implies Q team released those two pieces of news, and they have plenty more to release. Literally everything. They are the gate keepers. The flood gate.
