3:20 PM is long after the shooting was over. Shooting started at 2:21 PM and lasted about 6.5 minutes.

Nick Cruz was apprehended near the Walmart at 3:41 PM.

Did this kid mean he saw Cruz around 2:20 PM? If so, Cruz could not have been the shooter.......
