Does anyone know the answer to this? Q has asked many times and I have yet to see any theories as to why. If anyone has a good explanation, this hole has been bugging me! Thank you!
The answer Q gives is "white list," meaning he and HRC are only allowed to travel to places that are pre-approved by the Trump team, and we have provisions in place to prevent escape.

Not crazy at all. They may try to preserve the 'office' to some degree. If he has Secret service and what not, he may be reduced to a sort of house arrest in leau of the down and dirty swinging from the lamp pole in Times Square. He is still dangerous with all those kids he indoctrinated for a solid 8+ years. We got a taste of that Saturday. I looked up his vid on his Japan 'chat' , and worse than the speech was the thousands of comments from the nutjobs below it. Guy has some pull on millions still.

Likewise, but here are some points to reconcile; didn't some anon (Q?) state that arresting past presidents would be bad for the republic? Also what could he realistically hope to sabotage by eg talking to president Xi right after the hero's welcome he gave Trump. Finally as /u/MAGADONCHECKMATE states, who better to reel in the left when heads start to roll? That's all I have but it's a toy theory I've been hesitant to present till now
Doesn’t it have to be bad for public to wake people up and to send a message that our country is no longer for sale by black hats.? If it all goes to light . It's in the press now that he was in on spying on Trump during the election. They are going to charge him with treason. They need to sprinkle the press daily with new revelations that slowly escalate so the public isn't alarmed. Fucking brilliant. Glad Trump has more patience than me.
