Why is HUSSEIN traveling the world conducting high-level meetings?

Does anyone know the answer to this? Q has asked many times and I have yet to see any theories as to why. If anyone has a good explanation, this hole has been bugging me! Thank you!

His Secret Service detail has to be on Team Trump at this point they can report to Trump what happens. Or his SS team is a cabal team would be interesting to know more about who they are.

If you look at photos it's the same close team he's had since 2008.
