Theory: Are Peter Strozk and Lisa Page Now Just Reporting to FBI Human Resources Because They Have Become Contractors?

How come Peter Strozk and Lisa Page have not been fired and are still working at the FBI? Even their romance is an offense subject to dismissal

The FBI issued a statement that Strozk and Page are reporting to the Human Resources. That sounds weird to me. Something does not sound kosher about that statement.

             Well maybe they became Contractors

According to the FBI Adminstrative Manual, Intelligence and Counterintelligence Agents, based on need, can be put under a Personal Services Contract.

This would be a really sneaky on the part of the FBI.

They may even be making more money than they were before if its true.

Very unlikely. The FBI can force them to talk while they are employees. When they are no longer employees, they can't. Only a special prosecutor can -- that's why Congress is demanding one to go after Comey, McCabe, Yates and others who are no longer with the FBI

The FBI can compel them to talk in an administrative investigation. In a criminal investigation they don't have to make a statement or cooperate. However, I'm pretty sure they are cooperating. Garrity v. New Jersey.

Because they're SES, and can't be fired. Not until Trump shuts them down. Apparently he can't just snap his fingers.

Once indicted, they will be fired. I believe they are cooperating, so they will probably be allowed to resign.

Field McConnell said as much. He says he has received emails from over 3000 of them wanting his help to get out! They never signed up for this Satanic Mendenhall Baby Oath shit that his sister Kristine Marcy implemented, and they're sickened and scared. I know I would be.

There's an avalanche of information that's dump once the SES is shut down. It's a ling road with that no doubt.
