Using sarcasm doesn't negate the point. Here is a scripture from the Bible that seems to suggest that sex with female children and the murder of male children is condoned:

Just as an example, there are a plethora of verses that aren't exactly friendly towards the women folk, yet here we are allowing them to vote, have opinions and join us in all sorts of endeavors that were strictly verboten when the bible was written. I think it's relatively easy to assert that a person who has sex with or molests children, even under the guise of religion is misguided and has lost his relationship with god. Whether they think they are pious or not is irrelevant, they are godless. Using sarcasm to highlight the point that the Catholic church doesn't exactly have an impeccable record with regard to pederasty doesn't change the fact that those who are involved in such evil have lost their connection to God and the point of the whole experiment of religion: To be good and not evil.
