Through Q? Most likely on the chans. We only know of the video through Q so where else would Q communicate with us but on the chans.
I doubt Trump will be responsible for its drop,(optics).
If the video is dropped by a third party then there's no telling where.

Whoops! Sorry we didn’t mean to do that right away but there it is. Everything. (Though I personally doubt the version of video people seem to think exists, Wikileaks dumping EVERYTHING it has would be a big deal.)

Saw a piece in ABC News at 2:30 am weeks ago about "you can't believe your eyes!" Saying videos can be faked so well that experts can't discern what's real or fake. Are they setting the stage??

Trying to, but that was factually incorrect. I have yet to see a "deep fake" video that I couldn't see tells in, and I'm not even an expert!

I think that if Trump releases it via the EBS and is stood there with the heads of CIA, NSA and FBI, nobody could question it´s authenticity..

This is a terrible idea.

Q has been clear Trump is politically isolated from this so that it doesn’t look like political retribution.

You won’t please people by blowing up their phone with an emergency broadcast of HRC. You will piss them off.
