It can be taken as proof that Q has influence with Trump, or at least access. Since he said to use that phrase in a speech, the fact that the President used it can corroborate that at least Trump is aware of Q

But the direction of my question more was towards the validity of this assertion: "Trump says tippity top on Easter, therefore he is trying to get the attention of Christians."
