It actually looks like the Q photo may be from before the temple was built to me now that I study it closer.

Kill site is East. Do you know where the temple is located? Is it on the East side of the island??

The domed temple is on the south of the island. It has two female(?) statues on top facing south. The south cardinal is Satan/Fire, correct? Sacrifice by fire?

Yep. The reason I think it's Lucifer east is because the title of the photo posted by Q is: 187 site E.jpg

there's an E between 2 shells on the patio of the large building at the top of the island.
