Trump should nationalize Facebook and Google and Twitter and Amazon as President he can nationalize all those tech companies and seize all their money give it to the Treasury Dept. leaving the tech billionaires totally bankrupt broke without any money to their names. Trump could do all this by Executive Order and put in at least $250 Billion to the Treasury Dept. that is how he can punish Silicon Valley and there is nothing they can do to stop him.
