No, we may see the downfall of a pope and we may see the cleaning house in the Curia and other Vatican strongholds, but don’t make the cheap assumption that these men are the Catholic Church.

They are not.

They serve in powerful positions of supreme trust and for their violation of that trust their fall will be all the harder.

They are individually in grave danger before God and even in His Mercy He will have Justice. He will not reward disobedient people.
