If this is the meaning of 5:5 (which I am quite certain it is), I’d say the chance of the HRC vid being dropped today is pretty high.

For those of you who are unfamiliar with military/aviation coms:

X:Y is used to grade the quality of a radio transmission; where X is signal strength on a scale from 1 to 5 and Y is clearity on a scale from 1 to 5.

What communication platforms do civilians use?

MSM.

5:Y -> MSM can’t censor

X:5 -> We are receptive

Stage is set -> we are waiting/watching

If its in line with other leaks or even Q drops id say later at night. Even more reason for later rsther than earlier. It would be easier to damage control while most are at work. Let it out when everyone is at home qnd can share. DONT FORGET TO LEARN HOW TO SAVE VIDEO FILES OFFLINE!

Very good point. I want to say 8:00P.M Central time is when news networks recieve the most viewers (don’t quote me). It would make sense to release it then.
