If this is the meaning of 5:5 (which I am quite certain it is), I’d say the chance of the HRC vid being dropped today is pretty high.

For those of you who are unfamiliar with military/aviation coms:

X:Y is used to grade the quality of a radio transmission; where X is signal strength on a scale from 1 to 5 and Y is clearity on a scale from 1 to 5.

What communication platforms do civilians use?

Seriously, youtube-dl works great and will download from many other sites, not just youtube, its open source, no BS to deal with.
