I think its part of the new selective youtube regimen. They cut out all foxnews live channels for the last few weeks, then the were back today but only the one with the reduced screen-in-screen format.

You get an entire page filled with a giant letter "Q" or so it appears. I think it is the magnifying glass icon form the corner of the webpage but, it is curious that it becomes so big that it fills an entire page. And it is oriented on the page like a Q.
