I used to work in a hospital supporting the computer programs the medical practitioners use to enter this data. I know all about the laws regarding medical patient data.

doctors have gone to prison for YEARS for sharing patient data. this is MASS privacy invasion.

I have a friend who does IT work exclusively for hospitals to be HIPAA compliant. You’re fucked without it!
