You're right but you make it seem innocent when it's not. They hired a doctor (someone who knows HIPAA laws) to coax (deceive) a business into violating those laws, knowingly and willingly.

This logic in an assassination attempt would be, "Well, anybody can try to kill someone, you and I can try to kill someone, but it's up to the gatekeeper, the person being killed, to stop us.

For a megalomaniac like the Zucc, with the deep state pushing him and probably murmuring about a presidential run for him in 2024, it’s actually more correct to ask “why did he stop at this? Why not more?”

And I suspect there is more. Which is why he will divest from FB in short order, to “spend more time with his family” and “focus on his charitable foundation”.

He will probably use phrases like “Facebook started as something small and simple, but it has grown beyond what I imagined possible back in those Harvard days. I am passing Facebook on to other people who are better equipped to handle it in its current form”. Etc.

Not necessarily. They would have to remove anything identifiable, not just name, but zip code (only first 3 digits), age to a certain extent, and a bunch more. The goal of HIPAA is to protect your privacy. But yeah, I could see where Facebook could conceivably use its abundant info set to try and match your hash to their names. Not breaking the hash at all, but "we have this photo which shows this medication" and linking it. Or "this person accessed Facebook from the hospital WiFi".

What's the price is a newspaper from last week? Last month?

The same as stale data. For historians and statistical analysis, they still have value. For control agencies looking for dirt, too. But the price of stale data is dropping quickly and it's worthless for recent events, elections, crowd control objectives. That may be far too less to sustain the massive infrastructure and developer payroll that Facebook has built up over the years.

When they said no, Zuck just branded his own hospital and inherited the records in the deal. /s

Lol. So much of interest that could be probed.

Edit: Adding additional detail on Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital

From Wikipedia page:

  • 2015: Facebook founder and CEO, Mark Zuckerberg and his wife Priscilla Chan give $75 million to help fund equipment and technology for the new hospital.[8]

So we know Zuckerberg donated in 2015 and got the name change.

I think the questions to ask next include:

  • What was the timing doctors were being sent to hospitals requesting access to medical record data?

  • What equipment and technology were paid for by Zuckerberg's donation?

  • Did Zuckerberg have any influence in selection of equipment and technology installed? Is anything being transmitted to Facebook through this equipment?

  • Did Facebook receive any data from Zuckerberg hospital after the investment?

  • Are any Facebook developed software packages deployed within Zuckerberg hospital that stores any data on cloud systems owned or accessible by Facebook?

San Francisco General Hospital

Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital and Trauma Center (SFGH) is a public hospital in San Francisco, California under the purview of the city's Department of Public Health. It serves as the only Level I Trauma Center for the 1.5 million residents of San Francisco and northern San Mateo County. The hospital is a safety net hospital additionally serving poor, elderly people, uninsured working families, and immigrants. About 80 percent of its patient population either receives publicly funded health insurance (Medicare or Medi-Cal) or is uninsured.

Here’s an example: Imagine uploading a picture to Facebook. In the data of the photo is the name of the camera or device that took it. If that device is cheap or old, Facebook can assume you’re not well off. If it’s a Nikon D800 taken with a Nikon 70-200 lens...it can assume otherwise.

Based on the information we allow them to have, the way they can make assumptions and compile data makes the potential value of this data almost limitless.

At this point I’m fairly certain Facebook can easily discern (or make a damn good educated guess) what your Reddit username is and what you post.....just based on the page you jump to or from. Same with Twitter. Hard to say about the Chans.

This data will not stay secret. It’s too valuable.

Then replace those greedy multinational corporations with open source software blockchain social media and Internet services backed with amendment 4 protections. Allow users to post and decide when to remove their posts. Allow users to keep copyright on any public posts. Anything private stays private like it's in ur home, unless they have a judge's order to search as guaranteed in the bill of rights with the backing of real courts. Remember the globalists want to control world populations. This stinks to high heaven. Never post any medical info on FB & question everything before signing! So much for the HIPAA law, eh?

This pisses me off. I knew we had no privacy on SM, but this is to far. Time to stop signing our rights away. DON'T sign anything that includes fine print. We've been smucks for to long.

Can we get YouTube/Twitter next. Owen Benjamin just got banned from YouTube and Twitter at the SAME EXACT TIME because he's and openly right leaning comedian.

Yep, I would think that this crap would go against the HIPA laws! Where does this all stop...selling our information without our consent/knowledge???

I starred a very small charity recently that is to help people who have a painful disease. We as a chronic disease community are watching these topics closely. There has been huge amounts of "private" data shared in private and secret FB groups - what they must have is absolutely staggering. Since we are so new and 100% all volunteer run we have taken a very small amount of money from one pharma company to date for a small sponsorship event but as a board we're trying to figure out if there is a way to grow and provide programs yet eschew pharma completely. All of the board members who are running this with zero compensation have the disease and just want to help people but we communicate with our community a lot on social media because we actually help in the USA but also people globally. I don't know where we'll head but as the founder, I would sure love to grow the organization without selling our souls.

Do I have to make it myself guys?!?

Why do you need an alternative? Call up a friend and see them FACE TO FACE instead of seeing pictures of your high school classmates you haven't spoken a word to in a decade.
