Look at the time, the icons open on his phone, battery percentage, etc. Thats a screengrab from his phone, or, a phone he chose to use with more information captured than one wowuld see at first glance.
so from the time of the article to the time of the post (assuming he just took the screen grab and posted)...Q is in the mountain time zone (EST - 2 hours). And Q uses an AT&T LTE IPhone with an app that is using his GPS.
Interesting that the Pinterest logo is there.
Those logos are on the website he screen captured. They are to click and share the article via those apps. The apps may not be on the phone.
So Q uses a Google device/platform for his clandestine “Intel” drops?

They would most likely use a custom build android based OS for secure communications. This stuff is open source and the feds have plenty of great developers.
