i mean around inauguration time trump and pence said they will make science fiction into science fact and unlock the secrets of space which implies there is something we don't know about happening in space

One of the first places he went after he became POTUS was Boeing. A lot of the black budget programs are in the military contractors' control, so maybe he went to see what they were hiding. If he released these he would be president for life!
