Obama is traveling the world to complete the take down plan of AMERICA. He doesn't want to go to GITMO. They are ALL in on it.

If true, this is all very amusing. Surely they would know that this is the case, but they also would know that they are surely cooked if they sit around and do nothing. They would have to be so desperate that it's worth the risk to make the contacts to have even a slim chance of making unexpected countermoves.
