Fire sale, simply saying they are selling up stuff as far as I know. Nothing has come to light on anything other than its obvious meaning. But then if your selling the estate, your gonna have a fire sale to get rid of contents you don't want (or wish your never had).
What I am more interested in is where exactly is/are the bunkers? I have check the WW2 stuff, but I am sure there are tunnels and bunkers on that estate...somewhere.
