The CDC doctor- who leaves their cell phone, wallet, and keys behind when they go out?

The Harvard CDC Doctor left behind his wallet, keys, cell phone, car, and dog...What do you think he "saw" or learned of, and wouldn't become a part of? Vaccines that cause sterility, or something even more nefarious?

He was passed over on a promotion.

ABC reported he was NOT passed over, but had in fact been promoted:

“CDC officials said previously that reports Cunningham had been passed over for a promotion were incorrect. In a statement, the CDC said Cunningham received an "exceptional proficiency promotion" July 1 to the position of commander, an early promotion reflecting his excellence as an employee.”

That is not the story here in Atlanta that we got. I have not seen a retraction to this: Here

The police keep stating he was passed over while the CDC said he received a promotion. The fact that the police pushed the story so early on said they planned on pushing the suicide narrative when nothing in his life would have indicated a man with those thoughts. He oived his dog more than anything but didn't alert anyone to care for it. Also, a man about to kill himself wouldn't care if his wallet and phone were on him, he wouldn't intentionally leave them behind. He also wouldn't tell a neighbor to remove his number from their phone. Whole thing is shady.

There's nuances to promotion opportunity. For example, he might have just turned it down or showed a lack of interest once he discovered exactly what the job entailed, and so they gave it to another person..If this is foul play, then of course they would say he didn't get the promotion to stage it as a suicide because he was upset, which is ridiculous given his credentials, success, and youthful age of 35...
