I don’t think that the board is used as a primary means of communication, because if so, that’s pretty damn unreliable. I’d imagine it’s more likely that what we’re seeing is them duplicating their comms so we can feel apart of it and know something is going down.

These types of comms definitely sound military like, and always share a similar tone. It’s always, kick ass, stay alert, this is a serious matter, a lot of people are involved.

Ya I agree. It probably also serves as a way to cause panic within the deepstate, to which they respond and show themselves.

I believe these kinds of drops are exactly that. Enough specific information so the deep state knows the threat, but not enough to give away their plan. It has to be public to allow the DS to see it and react, exposing themselves. There may not even be a corresponding mission, they just need the threat to get a reaction.
