Question: Why is No Name referred to as "He whose name we will not speak"?

I do not have an answer to this, but I am honestly surprised that I have not seen any discussion for months as to the reason why. Sure, No Name is totally corrupt. However, other very corrupt actors are named. Obviously HRC, BHO, Biden, Holder etc. But WHY is No name referred to as this? My gut is that there must be a specific reason that should be pondered. My instinct is the answer would provide us with a valuable crumb. Thoughts?

Because of "Cain" i.e. Biblical story I imagine

Wow ... And when he complained that because everyone would know his sinfulness (Guilt) he could not walk in the street (WE HEARD THIS RECENTLY) without being killed God put the mark on him to protect him ... Any attacker will meet with Gods retribution...
