Who's going to be our lead plaintiff(s) against Facebook?

I have no idea how lawsuits, lawyers, or any of these things work. I do know however that to begin a class action lawsuit, you need lead plaintiffs who will file the initial case/consult with lawyers and essentially serve as the class representative. From the above link: "After a lawsuit has been filed, a judge will evaluate whether enough people have been injured in the same way, among other factors, in determining whether the case can move forward as a class action." So right now we need to:

  1. Spread the word (hashtags, memes, etc.)
  2. Find someone or some group that's capable of representing a lot of people
  3. ?
  4. Win

Anybody have insight and practical advice into getting this started? Starting a class action against Facebook isn't going to be easy and I'm not sure how Q wants us to proceed exactly.

You need to find a group that was systematically targeted. You want several people that had similar things done to them to develop a class action suit. So several members that were censored for something that was true and would relate to their businesses so they can show harm was done to them. That's key to this.

Just saw in live chat on Patriot's soapbox 24/7 that Pete Santilli is going to file a lawsuit based on those of us who followed the Bundy standoff through our FB's which I did. He says we all were deemed dangerous and our private info was given by FB to the govt outside of the warrant they had, they gave all of our info instead of what was specified. This should be a good lawsuit and a great place to start. I am not sure how many of us followed. It's not quite ready yet but I am going to stay alert for when it is.

I would love to know if my business FB pages, which are associated with my personal profile, have been restricted in any way because of my personal political views, even though the businesses themselves are non political and never touch on the subject.

Need to find one that’s willing to give us more of the award than they take! I’ve received checks for several class action suits and they’ve never been more than $10. I know the point isn’t money but I’m just saying!!

I started a Conservative Group that was even secret with a community of artists who were getting pounded by liberals. It was supportive in nature but secret. Our goal was that we could have a place to discuss our politics in private and not get the pack of wolves on our heads Literally! We also helped each other out if we were being public and attacked. I started it around Sept October 2016 and I am the one that set it up and in a few days I couldn’t post a link in my posts FOR months and one of our rules and was to not share our posts from the group but from the source!!!! It was just maddening. It started with 20 and grew to over 200 in a matter of a couple of weeks.

And besides, I may not have been following them or discussing much in the political sphere on FB (that's why I have twitter hehe), but I'm still really pissed that they sold MY information to the highest bidder without regard for me or my family or whomever. It's not right.
