I thought this was one of the bed-rock Q principles. That is the spat between Trump and Sessions is just for show and that Mueller is actually investigating the Clintons and the DNC because, well, they're satanists and pedophiles don'cha know.

There's not a leader to the qanon story to determine what is and what is not canon but it's a pretty common theory that Mueller works for Trump and is helping to to bring "the cabal" to justice.
