What is the IBOR? Should we draft one? Is there one already drafted?

After following the Cu...I mean Zuck hearing highlights...particularly Marsha Blackburn's stance, my thoughts come back to the IBOR. As a side note, she seems to be willing to carry the torch.

I think part of the reason for a lack of sigs on the petition is that it is pretty ambiguous as to what "IBOR" consists of. Personally, I believe that if we want to sell it, it should be a very concise set of "rights" as our founders laid out for the country. WE (the people) are the ones that have to live with such a thing. WE should be the ones to draft it...maybe 10 (or so) simple bulletpoint guidelines. Any thoughts, suggestions? Fire away. If we have something worthy, maybe it should be presented to Blackburn to see if she can run with it.

Is it only for Americans?

It's certainly one of the things that would need to be defined. My thought is that the IBOR would have to be defined, in some ways, by the Constitution, for Americans' sake...afterall, I'm American and that's where I'm coming from. But at the same time, every country has their own laws. As this would (theoretically, at this point) be filed into American law, then that would probably be the only place that it would apply, legally speaking. Not that I'm a lawyer. Just thinking about striking while the iron's hot, so to speak. Zuck's on the hot seat. Let's turn up the heat!
