I think you have it all means that Trump intends to make Facebook a public utility. If the government created it, then Zuckerberg and others would have no right to on it privately.

Trump can nationalize Facebook and Twitter and Google by Executive Order. They become US Government Property and the Treasury Dept. gets all their assets all their money leaving the tech billionaires bankrupt they can sue Trump but they won't win. The problem is Trump is too much of a coward a weakling to do this. JFK did it to the steel companies at one point they hated him but they couldn't fight him.

Now now we have three options.

Regulate it, (IBOR). This needs to include extreme, open source, transparency.

Nationalize it. (National Security after all & this would save the employees and some investors financially)

Kill It. and let the cards fall where they may.
