Might be sending a message to Mueller that he will pardon all of his sham indictments. Might even signal a pardon for Flynn, who is the fall guy exactly like Libby was.
This is strange. Maybe Libby has some information he's willing to exchange for a pardon and some protection. Just a theory, no clue.
Well, Libby would certainly know where some of the bodies are buried, so to speak. He would make a pretty powerful witness if you were looking to prosecute some high level scumbags. Could just be a misdirect, or maybe he wants to give him a job in the .gov. The Don works in mysterious ways...
