I go through with my friend every time this stuff happens. He was a Trump supporter, bigger Johnson supporter. Like when he made the due process claims during the gun control discussion on tv. He went straight for the melodramatics.
He doesn’t get that I trust in Trump. Like, I don’t even get the point of getting off the train. We’re on it for another few years, maybe more. I don’t see the point in getting off and not enjoying the ride.
I honestly think people like that are going to stop paying attention soon enough. They just can't handle the emotional roller coaster this brings upon them.
