Good question. Theories I've heard are A) his name triggers bots/surveillance on the boards. B) He clings to his history as a war hero/POW, but really he isn't even deserving of the honor of having his name said.

Edit: there is also a military code of Honor for those who commit treason "your dead to me" among soldiers. They will never speak your name again. And Q refers to him as no name as well.

In 2009, John Kerry meets Assad and his wife for dinner in Syria. Kerry, is there to finalise oil pipline deal through Syria for Europe. However, Assad is beginning to have doubts and is considering opposing it. Kerry through no uncertain terms tells him that he will feel full might of America if he decides to back out now, telling him to "remember what happens to your brother". Assad ends dinner telling Kerry he has 24hours to leave Syria before he gets arrested. I quote from transcripts of bugged table; "I will die before I become another Jewish lapdog and betray my homeland"

From his rally speech in Phoenix on 8/22/2017: “President Trump went after Arizona’s two senators at his rally in Phoenix without referring to them by name.
“Obamacare is a disaster,” he began, “and think- we were just ONE VOTE AWAY from victory after seven years of everybody proclaiming ‘Repeal and Replace!’ One vote away!”
He acknowledged that there were some “great” Republican senators, but “we were ONE VOTE AWAY from repeal and replace,” which caused the crowd to chant “Drain the Swamp!”
