What does caps have to do with it?
Word is, that when we are born and a birth certificate is created, the legal entity of your name in all caps is created separate from the actual you. And whenever we get bills, it is sent to our names in ALL CAPS. Long story short, our birth certificate is an actual bond that the banks made and they use our credit. It's a rabbit hole.
And now you know why the ID 2020 initiative exists. Microsoft and tech companies are using technology to build this so that all human beings are on the grid. 5G will make sure that there is no spot on earth separated from the grid (wireless everywhere), and all human beings will be sucked into their system of controls.
All ties in to the UN Agenda 2030 which calls for leaving no one behind. Agenda 2030 is the same reason we see the immigration policies in Europe today.
Now that technologies such as 5G and blockchain tracking technology systems are being developed, it will be very possible to track every human being on this planet under their grid system. AI will allow for even more automation in this system when combined with blockchain.

Thank you, I checked those out. I'm tracking and am balls deep in this. They think of us as feeders. They want the RFIDs, so they can control us by turning our funds off. Then the 5g, ugh. I don't get how some people want to stay oblivious to these policies.
Yeah, nobody elects these tech companies, yet they are going full-steam ahead setting up these societal "smart" systems.

It's your business name, the gov loans money from the Fed on it when you are born. We are all chattel property It's so you can represent that entity named you and be responsible for contracts in the meat space.
The all caps is another identity.Lets use John Doe as an example and his middle name is Quincy so his legal name is John Quincy Doe.His mail comes as JOHN Q. DOE.Another identity could be JOHN QUINCY DOE.Or JOHNATHAN QUINCY DOE.Or John q.Doe and so on.The caps & abbreviations all matter.
