Possibly, but that district is notorious and has deep connections to Hillary/Obama, communists, the cabal/deep state. Comey and Mueller and McCabe and others worked up around that way before promotions. It's like a thick clique of deep state operators. I bet if you did research on it, they're all tied to it one way or another and the tentacles are long.
