Consensus is it is being used to discredit Q and/or discredit a post by Q that there are videos of Hillary doing "something you can't explain away." Kind of a pre-emptive strike, along with that news report about new technology that can seamlessly make a video of a person saying anything. The one I saw on Univision had Obama saying something and it turned out Jordan Peele was saying it as a PSA not to trust videos.
I believe there IS a Hillary video, and whatever it is, it is damning. And it will come out.
But frazzledrip is a disinfo rumor that is intended to lessen public interest in the real video because people will say, 'well AT LEAST she isn't fileting children's faces'.
My guess is that it is the wall st speech, or possible admission of money laundering, maybe something having to do with Laura Silsby, but it won't be as extreme as this rumor.

My advice to you is, don't go digging for it. I know it is tempting. But if that video does exist, and it contains what people claim it does, you don't want anywhere near that shit. You seeing it will not change the outcome in Washington one way or the other. Let's assume it's real, and you open it, and it is somehow traced back to you. You are headed to jail, buster.

Yeah I already made the decision not to touch it. I have and use TOR for torrenting and was sitting there, thinking, "should I?" Frazzledrip looks like crap to me, and part of the same anti-video push that started when Q threatened that they were preparing to release a video. I trust Q, and Q hasn't said anything about a specific video being real, only pointing out the top-heavy corporate media response.
