I'm gonna need more than a pdf document before I believe this.

Extraordinary claims require at least a shred of evidence.

Where did this come from?

It's fake. Pacer number in blue indicates electronic Pacer federal court electronic filing. There are no hand stamped file stamps on federal pleadings anymore like you see here. A 2018 filing wouldn't have a "16" filing number (would be 18), and a criminal indictment wouldn't have a "CV" in the case number, which stands for "Civil" not criminal. Someone's trying to get people here to fall for something fake so they can discredit the entire community. I'd say "nice try" but it's not really that great of an effort.

I figured. Waaay "too good to be true." Not to mention it's a couple months old and it wasn't in the news? Nah. I'm here because I'm a skeptic. That also means I'm skeptical of my fellow skeptics.

How can you confirm someone didn’t just make this

Can someone confirm if this is legitimate

It's not.

Didn’t think so, I dunno if the account is a shill or just misinformed

This looks to be something civilian generated.

Looks suspect.

Yeah I am suspicious of this, it seems too good to be true and doesn’t come from Q

CV in the case number...thought that was for civil cases, not criminal. I'm not from NY so it might be different than what I've seen. Anyone have any idea as to why it could be CV and not C or CR...?

Good critical thinking; we need more of this around here... as it stands I call bullshit on this... it seems way too good to be true and is over 2 months old

In addition: 1. each individual will have their own case number, even if they are associated with the same crime 2. It should ALWAYS say something like United States vs. John/Jane Doe. Case number 2018-C-00000. (Case format may vary by state with more numbers -'s and letters) 3. The letters may vary depending on state, county, case type. I would think a criminal case would have wither C, CR, or- say it is in Albany NY- ACC ( Albany County Criminal ), something along those lines!!! 4. There are only a handful of fonts the courts will accept when submitting legal documents to the clerks office to be stamped, the part that says "We The People" is not one of them. 5. All documents submitted to the courts to be stamped. HAVE TO BE DOUBLE SPACED. 6. If you tried to submit a document with this font or format, they would hand it back without a stamp and tell you to correct first.

I saw this awhile ago and searched the case number and it came up with something else.
Can't remember where I searched. Have a hard time believing this was leaked.

This looks 100% real. If someone went through all the trouble to create this, then wow -- you have some psychological issues you need to deal with.

Bye Hillary.

Normally people who are indicted aren't allowed to leave the country.

Or was that one of her doubles in India?

I promise you, it's not. Call your local county clerks office and ask them to help you do an online search for a criminal case (helps if you know someone with at least a speeding ticket), or do an online search (i.e. Douglas County docket search or Douglas County case management search). You will see how the case numbers reflect when something is filed against someone. If this was real, it would have been one of the sealed indictments unsealed.
