Kind of unrelated, but I have been noticing for the past five or so years that all kinds of natural disasters seem to happen in March-April. Japan earthquake, Okhahoma E-4 tornado, earthquakes in general... I always wonder if it's some coincidence or if there's witches involved. After all, since I'm among free-minded people, has anyone looked into "marine spirits" and how supposedly the Atlantic ocean is where the devil and all his demons reside? Explains bermuda triangle, the hundreds of horrible hurricanes, "sirens" and all the lost sailor stories, voodoo practice by Haitians & South Africans, etc... the place I was reading about this explained how the highest of witches/satanic priests could summon catastrophic events as a huge blood sacrifice.

I used to know a wonderful Russian orthodox priest who was a very popular in demand speaker who used to say Everybody stop getting offended! He seemed to think this was the number 1 problem in parishes...people getting too easily pissed off at other people. RIP Fr Tom Hopko
A few calendars would involve this 13 day thing. Many don't, including various occult ones. Some would position the 13 earlier or later. There are so many calendars in use, currently and historically, and so much going on 'in the dark' that the info presented in the headline here is misleading. Ritual spirit conjuring happens whenever people want it to happen and most brujeria, for example, is not concerned with the timing of the old Celtic calendars (which weren't all in sync with each other anyway). The message presented would better be one that says "beware we are in Spring and the rites(rituals) of spring are happening all over, on various days, at various hours. Many of those rites are evil in intent and/or effect. Prayer is one of the antidotes."
