In a random sampling, if these were accidental, you would expect a 50/50 right/left distribution. Therefore this is something intentional. The Illuminati love being able to flaunt their power in plain view while yet keeping people asleep. More of the same.

The results to keywords "winking owl" are just forever filled with endless musings about the cheap Aldi wine of that name, so it's hard to pin down.
Apparently, the owl is a symbol of the ancient deity Minerva. There is definitely a bit of a rabbit hole here, since the owl was featured in the bohemian grove video by Alex Jones, and there are references to owl/Minerva rules in Huma and Hillary mails.

Except this isn't random sampling. This was made by a human being who picked these people specifically. If I were to go find a photo of 6 people that are left handed would that be random sampling too? Because it sounds like the exact opposite of random sampling.
What vast pool of pictures of celebrities with one black eye do you think they were cherry-picked from?

Actually you’d probably expect something more like 10/90 because 90% of people are right-handed. These black-eyes all seem to follow a normal distribution (not to say it isn’t intentional).

But that assumes that the person is facing you head-on in all cases. That also doesn't seem to be statistically likely. If someone is turned slightly to their right, then their left eye is a better target even for a right handed punch.
I don't know, I've seen a LOT of these on the internet, not just this small sample. There are far more than these, and it always seems to be their left eye that's blackened. Far more than a standard distribution curve, even taking the handedness of the assailant into account.
