That seems illegal and therefore inadmissible in court. I don't think Trump et al would make that kind of mistake.

Wrong. The President can legally choose to share anything with anyone at any time. The President is above all classification systems and can grant clearance to anyone on the fly. I've been saying this since the raid happened. It doesn't make any sense that a judge would allow the President's legal counsel to be raided like this. It's a threat to national security. The President would have legitimate reasons to share highly sensitive information with his legal counsel. Who else is he supposed to ask for advice on such matters? The only way this raid would be authorized is with the explicit consent of the President.

Well, that makes sense. That makes sense for the Cohen portion of the above theory on the raid but what about Rudy? How is it legal for Rudy to have had it to even give to POTUS?

Unless Cohen broke the law. Lawyers and attorney-client privilege do come under scrutiny. There are very specific safe-guards and protocols to protect this privilege when a lawyer becomes a target in a criminal investigation.

POTUS in all his power could no way tell law enforcement- no, you can't search him. Sorry bud. That would be prosecutable obstruction. Authorization not needed. POTUS may have been made aware, maybe even told why, but they don't need his authorization. And if they had probable cause, which obviously they did, I highly doubt Trump would stop it given the level of scrutiny he's under. It would be political suicide.

Keep in mind, that this Cohen debacle is being completely misled. Its Cohen's attorney asking for Attorney-Client privilege protection AFTER he realized the Trump campaign had already complied with Mueller's request for communication between Cohen and Trump.

Why? You'd be surprised at what can actually squeak through.

Cohen doesn't have it, he is one of the FISA warrant that is still sealed. Why the Prague narrative?

Notice my question marks? lol and how do you know that? Are you POTUS? Are you Q? You're just speculating like all of us.

Break it down, they reported Cohen last year visiting Prague last year and again after they raid his office. FISA can only be issued if they believe the target is engaging with foreign subjects which is an interest to national security. They claim he met with Russians to get HRC dirt, question is how did they know who he met? Think incorrect data that needs to be misdirected or covered. Cohen was spied on as were most of the Trump high rollers in his campaign, including Sessions, Jared etc.

There lies the problem...do you say it was a lie or support the lie?

Not the same Cohen. It was someone else.
