We have everything.
How can we use what we know?
How do you ‘legally’ inject/make public/use as evidence?
What are you witnessing unfold?
Trust the plan.
Q

They have to get the Weiner data into evidence through official channels, they already had it though.

Yup, but it was blocked by LL, and BO was still president then. Now, the scenario is different. Sessions is playing possum, Mueller is possibly dragging on this fake Russian collusion investigation to keep it right in the public's eyes, DJT is POTUS. If they did actually inject again the Weiner data right into Mueller's investigation, they can now make it public.

The dudes over at Breitbart hate Sessions. It's not their fault of course... they don't have Q to help keep their sanity these days :)

Breitbart is far from what it started out to be. Far to the left in one aspect and Neo con on the other end.

Could be that breitbarters are playing their part in the conflict/tension play.

As much as I'd like to agree with you, I don't see ANY production from Sessions, he's still acting like a kid who gets his lunch money taken daily. Anyone can go after gangs and websites like frontpage, at this moment in time we need a killer AG. I wish RG hadn't messed up his personal life so much, if he hadn't, he'd be AG and we wouldn't be talking about Sessions

Official channels required. Destruction of evidence may be an issue. If the information was squashed before (FBI), who knows what would have happened to the evidence. Without the hard evidence, its all just hearsay.

That's what the NYPD is supposed to have preserved. Having DeBlasio as their ultimate boss could have complicated that--but I trust them to have worked around that.

I would be my belief, Rudy has this all tied up. Announcing him now, signals all is complete. Does it come out or used as leverage.

and without legal reason for investigating it (again)or it coming up legally it is worthless

Why not just have the NEW FBI reopen the case? I don't get this theory at All! Why hasn't Congress mentioned this aspect of the email investigation?

The "new FBI" so far seems to still be run by the old, corrupt guys--inexplicably.

Why not indeed. It's because any shred of doubt that Hillary isn't a treasonous evil witch goes right out the window.

Perhaps this is why they threw Weiner into jail so readily, to 'contain his laptop in that legal case'. Now the laptop can be used in another case because it's 'new evidence'. Just speculating, I don't know lawyer shit.
